By using the Takka app and platform, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of the Platform
Takka is an intermediary platform that connects customers with service providers. We provide the tool that lets the customer post their request, receive offers, and choose a provider, while the actual service is delivered directly between the customer and the provider.
Account and Usage
- You must provide correct and accurate information when registering and placing a request.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public decency is prohibited.
Requests, Offers, and Prices
- Providers submit their offers on your request, and you are free to choose the most suitable offer.
- The price is clearly agreed upon before the service begins. The price may change after inspection by agreement of both parties and with your approval.
- Payment is made in cash after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy outlined on the "About Us" page applies. In short: cancelling before accepting any offer is free, cancelling after accepting an offer but before work begins incurs no fees, and after work has started the value of what was actually completed may be charged.
Liability
- Takka makes its best effort to verify providers, but the service is provided at the provider's responsibility, and the contractual relationship for the service is between the customer and the provider.
- We support resolving disputes between the two parties as much as possible through our support team.
- We may suspend or deactivate any account that violates these terms or misuses the platform.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time, and the update takes effect as soon as it is published on the platform. For any inquiry about the terms and conditions:
